Hey everyone, the name is Jacob, though a lot of my friends usually call me anything with Mac in it due to my last name. I was a fan of anime growing up with the likes of Dragon Ball, Yu Yu Hakusho, Gundam Wing, Cowboy Bebop, and all of the other stuff that thrived on Toonami. Good times.

After Toonami ended orginally, I lost interest until the summer of 2012 when I became an avid fan again. I enjoy just about any time of anime, but some of my new favorites are Death Note, Deadman Wonderland, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Baccano!!, Mirai Nikki (Future Diary), Claymore, Hellsing: Ultimate, Fairy Tail, Blue Gender, Black Lagoon, Code Geass, Elfen Lied, Gantz, and Another. There are a lot of others I have enjoyed as well and I'm always open to suggestions!

I've considered starting cosplay for a while, but I just haven't gotten around to it for some reason or another. Maybe it's the shyness or that no one else I know does it. Hopefully I can start some day.

I'm also a classic gamer. I am a bit of a Nintendo fanboy admittedly. I love the Legend of Zelda series more than anything, but I also love old school, Mario, Super Smash Bros, Star Fox (Do a Barrel Roll!!), F-Zero, and anything like that. I like new stuff as well such as Batman Arkham City and the Assassin's Creed series.

Besides gaming and anime, I'm into athletics as well. I ran cross country and track in high school, and now I do it to relax, which is a bit ironic. I like staying in shape. I'm a diehard Colts and Butler Basketball fan as well. I watch every Colts game and go to every Bulldogs game I can.

I'm on this site for friendship, but if something else came out of it, that'd be awesome. I'm really shy in real life, so the internet helps me express myself better. I'm better than I used to be socially, but I'm still really quiet around people I don't know. I'm outgoing around people I'm comfortable with though.

While I'm mainly here for friends, if something bigger like a relationship came out of it, that'd be beyond awesome. I refuse to smoke and very rarely drink (if I do it's wine with dinner. I'd like a girl who could help me get out of my comfort zone, and one I'll work hard for to do just that. I was raised in a fairly traditional Irish Catholic household, so I have been raised on the phrase "Treat others like you'd like to be treated." I strive to do that every day. If I put a smile on someone's face who is having a bad day, it makes me feel happy. I'd like a significant other who strives to do this too.
